Delayed provident fund withdrawal

I complained about alexander forbes and their poor service last week and they rep**** and promised to look into the matter and try to resolve it within 4 days...guess what...4 days has lapsed..with no feedback whatsoever..one person was assigned to my case but even she failed to live up to her promises...I only got that one email and that was it...when I track how far they are..we still where we've always been...so much for caring about their clients....I can never ever recommend them.
