Delayed Provident Fund Pay Out

Good day

I am really concerned about my claim. I called your call center today 7th Nov 2024 to follow up and i learned that the funds are still not recalled from the market. It is now a full month since AF acknowledged the receiving of the claim form.

Even worse I was also told that that my claim had a duplicate claim which was cancelled which resulted in the original claim also being cancelled, fast forward to today i am being informed that the disinvestment of the funds is still being delayed due to missing information from AF.

My car is being repossessed and my kids school fees are behind therefore I really need these funds paid out to me timely.

Can I please get reassurance that the funds will be paid out timely and also get estimated pay out dates so that i can plan my life accordingly.
