Delayed Pension Money.

My mother's pension funds bounced on the 1st of January and when we called they advised that she sent her proof of account and ID copy which we did on the 6th of January. When we called on the 11of January because we have not received anything they said they are still waiting for feedback.

My question is how do expect old lady to survive on this month because she uses the money to buy her medications and I even started on the email that my leave day is over and I am expected to go to Gauteng meaning she won't have anyone who has a car to take her to the bank should there be outstanding documentations.

Why would you take forever to deposit her money because she didn't change her banking account, we don't understand the delay.
