DELAYED PAYOUT WITH NO FEEDBACK GIVEN

I don't even know where to start!!!

I have been following up on my provident fund for almost three months now with no joy. Every time I call your call centre it's either I'm placed on hold for 20 minutes or I'm told they are still following up with the administrator. I have been in contact in my previous employer and they confirmed that all the required documents were sent through to you. I am really tired of making endless calls to you, I have received nothing but the worst service from you guys, I really need this sorted out ASAP.
