Delayed funds

I sent my claim forms 9th February and when I was doing follow ups I was told that they received the documents on the 11/12 February and I have to wait for 4-6 weeks....now when I'm doing a follow up again because they don't respond my emails, I was told that they received my documents on the 11th of March and I have to wait for 6 weeks but the people I sent a documents with have already received their funds...now I have to pay rent and some of my bills and use it for marketing so that I get a new job but they are failing to assist me...the customer service is very poor and there's no sense of agency when assist the customer this is not right or fair
