Delay Tactics | Incompetence
What a ******* experience dealing with AF! I have no clue why this FSP is not flagged at FSCA. The delay tactics in payments, the intentional blocking of e-mails, the false promises made their *********** agents and the false TAT. Nothing is ever done within SLA and their managers - ofcourse, always in meetings. I want case CCCK3796 handled within the next 48 hours before I escalate this behaviour to authority.
