DELAY ON MY PENSION FUND

Just want want to state my feeling about Alexander Forbes I have been dismissed and I call them day after day to ask for an update its now 6 weeks and they are telling me that is already in for payment but i dont receive any. This is really not fear as I am not working and I am busy calling them hoping to get an answer but nothing positive. What must my family eat? Cause at first they told me it will take 4 to 6 weeks for a payout but now they say I must wait and they don't know until when. For crying out loud my family is starving I don't have any money i got a wife and 4 kids to support . Can you guys please please please make it faster I cannot really take it its really frustrating. On the other hand I have to call you guys for the update and it is still costing me money that I don't have. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ALEXANDER FORBES PAY MY PENSION FUND.
