Delay in two-pot withdrawal application
They've had months to prepare for the two-pot withdrawal claims yet we cannot claim, we cannot even login to our accounts. There's a notification on the site that reads "they are receiving a high number of claims to process therefor the site is slow". What are they processing if nobody can login??? Every other day of the month we receive useless bits of information emails and now not even the decency to inform us of what the actual delay is.
your website is an absolute piece of **** to say the least!!!
Wake the hell up Alex forbes and get with the times.
I will wait for that useless automated response to follow :-/
