Delay delay delay and then no communication

I have been struggling fir 3 months to get my provident fund from this company. I was told 3 days ago that if everything comes back from sars ok then my fund will be released in 2/3 days. I called this morning as was told it came back from tax 3 days ago and my fund will be released in 7-14 days. I have emailed the administration people twice with no answers at all. I went 10 mins ago to the nelspruit branch where they attempted to put me through to said administrators but no one is available. I want management to contact me because seemingly no one is being communicated with and the time frame keeps pushing up
