Death claim payout (Overdue)

Im writing as a frustrated Wife. My husband passed on May 2016 working for telwcom Namibia.

He had a pension fund with Alexander forbes and since then we have been put on and off for claiming his payout. Its more the 16months and still no payout. We have been battling making expensive international calls to The company in Namibia but the query keeps being transferred to one person to another and nothing is done. Im due to an operation that needs to be paid cash.. i cant do anything.. we have no income..

We need attention asap. I spoke to a supervisor names Mrs Jenine Wilderes and and Ximeni Nels plus Hernine Podewiltz.. All from Alaxander Forbes Namibia.

My late husband name is Mandla Gerald Nabo. Worked fod Telcom Nambia.. please help
