Death Claim N Ngindana ID ***

The nephew (Mbuyiseli Ngindana) of my gardener,Nelson Ngindana, passed away 28/05/13. Nelson app**** for a Death Claim benefit for Mbuyiseli's minor child who's been in his care since June 2013. The claim was submitted by Mokwena Surfacing (NMC) in Kuilsrivier (Mbuyiseli's employer), who told Nelson that he'd receive payment by 06/14. NMC submitted the claim to Alexander Forbes to process. When no payment was forthcoming, I intervened on Nelson's behalf and, liaising with NMC and Alexander Forbes, re-submitted docs, received by AF 12/11/14, and I was informed the claim would be pd 05/15 latest. I called 01/15 for progress report and, to date, all I received were emails requesting more docs, which I comp**** with. I tried several times to call Sheila Crouch (to whose office the original claim was sent), but no response. All I want is to speak to Sheila or some senior person at AF, to resolve this matter. Nelson is not proficient in English and doesn't have the resources either, hence my intervention. He is earning a gardener's wage and unable to meet the rising costs of another mouth to feed and extra child to raise, in addition to his own
