Death claim

I called them on Monday to find out about what’s going on with my payment,the beneficiary fund people said to me that they haven’t received the requested documents from their admin and that I need to wait for 14 days so that they can finalize the payments whereas two weeks ago when we submitted the documents they told us that the payments will be made on Monday last week,I’m super frustrated by this,I can’t even complete my exams or anything cause I don’t have funds,I am struggling. My future is at risk. I’m really disappointed by this.
