I have been requesting a resolution since 17 September 2025, yet my concerns have been repeatedly ignored. I am continually told “we are working on it” or “we will update you in 2 to 3 days,” but no feedback follows. I have spent considerable time and money making international calls to obtain assistance. This level of service is unacceptable for a company of your size and reputation. If penalty fees arise due to this unresolved issue, Alexander Forbes must take full responsibility, as your staff have confirmed that the error originated internally and affects multiple clients.
