Dead End

I don’t know what way anymore, I have phoned 6 times now and even had a agent from SARS speak to them and send multiple emails to no avail. Alexander Forbes Pension fund loaded a directive on my SARS profile directive number ********** 6 that has to be a mistake from the fund side that only they can remove but to get them to correct seems to be a headache and close to impossible for what reason I don’t know. Please can someone from Alexander Forbes Pension fund please assist and change the view I’m getting from dealing with them I would really appreciate it
