So I had a stroke on September 2017 and the company I work has a life insurance policy for all back-office employees, I have sent through all the documents as requested to our HR department who in turn passed it onto Alexander Forbes and I have yet to receive feedback as to my claim and the status thereof, they take a person's money without honouring the service they offer, the person our Hr department is dealing with is : Nasru Hoosain ***
