Customers are not important at all

I'm posting this on hellopeter because I have tried everything else. I have an Alexander Forbes retirement annuity and have been trying to get a tax certificate since the 3'rd of August. I've sent various e-mails and even a complaint and no luck. This is not the kind of service I expect from a company that supposedly values its customers. This really is pathetic service.
