Customer service improved
Following my previous review on this platform, I must say that communication has improved on Alexander Forbes's side. The emails have been responded to timeously. I am impressed that they take customer's complaints seriously. There is room for improvement. Matters shouldn't escalate to the writing of reviews and lodging of complaints. I will write another review once payment has been processed.
