Customer Experience Was Out Of This World!
It is with great pleasure that I write this today. I have never had a pleasant experience with customer service ever but that changed once I was in contact with Fezekile Mvelase!
I would like to thank her for service and experience she provided me at Alex Forbes. She exceeded my expectations.
My claim documents were processed within 2 weeks thanks to her dedication and passion for her job.
She kept me in the loop and was able to answer all my queries. I was at ease as she assured me about the processes and never **** about the turn around time.
Give that lady a bells!!! She deserves it!!
