Alexander Forbes is failing everyone and they have employed bunches of *********** staff that does not take the customers needs at heart.Mr Lean Brummer has been asking the guardian fund to return the money that was paid to the fund on the 01/10/2019 and the fund has returned back the money on the 30/10/2019 but now he is silent after receiving that money back.He deposited the wrong amount to the fund deliberately, knowing very well that the Court order did not States that,the court order said the amount to be paid is supposed to be R 180 000.00 instead Alexander Forbes deposited R180 182.52.they deliberately not wanted to comply with the order saying the other 182.52 is for bank chargers that was not even charged or stated in the court order.The children's we're supposed to get the money long time ago on the 31/07/2019 but because of this company I am struggling to get the claim from the guardian fund.I don't know if this is a racial sabotaging or what maybe they will explain everything to the relevant people . I am tied of this company and I am wandering how can big company liaised themselves with them unless they don't care about their employees after their retirement.
