Honestly the worst customer service and they make you jump through hoops to claim your money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I received a mail from their complaints team and they said they would help me. I re-submitted everything they asked for and I have been emailing them every week or so for updates on my withdrawal with no reply.
I tried calling them today and I was on hold for over an hour (screenshots to prove it) before I gave up because I had to get back to work and meetings.
I have been trying to withdraw my fund for over a month.
PATHETIC.
WORSE CLIENT SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED - EVEN WORSE THAN TELKOM.
