Good day,

I’ve noticed that the amounts have disappeared from my account, and my investment portfolio count has changed from four to three. Could you please clarify why these adjustments were made and advise who made the changes? I’d like to understand why the funds are no longer reflecting.

As per the terms specified, I understand that upon exit from the Fund due to resignation, retrenchment, or dismissal, I am eligible to receive my full Fund Credit, with death and disability cover ceasing on the effective exit date. Additionally, if no preference is indicated for handling Fund Credit, a member is automatically made a Preservation Member, retaining benefits in the Fund until they withdraw, retire, or reach age 65 (becoming a Deferred Retiree).
