Couldnt Care Less

Schools are opening in 5 days and we have no money for my daughter to start the school year all because Alexander Forbes disregarded my request to always be contacted via email. I was sent a text which I never received despite reiterating that I prefer email communication. I sent an email mid December querying whether everything was in order and to this day I am yet to be rep**** to.

I am sitting with a heavy heart because my daughter has been failed and seemingly, AF have employees that do no relay messages that are are beneficial to beneficiaries. How do I explain to my child that there is no money for her to start school on the first day when there is money that is meant to oversee to her being in school timeously. I have been told to get quotations (that means we have to wait for schools to open) and email and wait. Where is the is the service and why is my child being punished for the incompetence of grown ups that are displaying a clear sense of not giving a damn by not doing their work.

I am bitterly disappointed.
