Consultants and your service is **** - Provident Fund Payout

The experience ive been getting from Alexander Forbes since July is ridiculous ive been given the run around since July i spoke to a William who said that the payment is loaded and needs approval i waited another week and called again a Xolani answered this time and said the samething guess what its September and im still waiting since Monday a Nikki Dorea has been dealing with my claim and every single day she says il get payment tomorrow, ive logged a complaint and just got told my claim was never loaded for payout.. How can you do this? everyone else who worked with me got their money, why am i the only one still waiting when you have all my details? you cant even give me correct info.. If this is how you treat clients who dont have alot of money than you really unreasonable and ridiculous. How much longer am i going to wait why was everyone paid out except for me, i want answers and my money,
