Consistent bad service
That is why our black parents go to their Graves without getting any money that is due to them, Alexander Forbes never wants to do basic things like responding on time, they must always be pushed and fought with to get feedback, I've sent an email to their surplus team and I was told it'll be rep**** to within 3 to 5 days, 7 days later, absolutely nothing!
