Compliment for Kusha Naidoo

I had such a terrible experience Alexander Forbes because of Mzu Balintulo's complete incompetence as well as his absence- constantly unavailable for phone calls and absolutely no responses to emails. After a formal complaint, I dealt with a very polite and very Present gentleman Kusha Naidoo- in less than 24 hours Kusha had not only reached me telephonically as well as via email but my funds that I was waiting for were paid on that day. He has just called today to follow up and find out whether I had received the funds.
