From Lwanele, Imran, Simthando, Keoagile Temu who made all the promises in world taking my number promising to call me back after 15:00. Or Nadine saying I can call her every day until my issue is resolved. But when you call and ask for her she's never available.
Everyday new agents with new promises. They put you on hold and then cut the call.
At this rate I will never get my money.
