Complaint over withdrawal claims
I'm not satisfied with the service I've encountered with Alexander Forbes. I app**** for the withdrawal of my funds right after I resigned and it has taken longer than their prescribed 4-6 weeks threshold. Please assist! I cannot even call them because I'm out of the country, there I'm only reachable through email or WhatsApp.
