Complaint no feedback

I resigned from my company my claim was submitted at Alexander Forbes 29 August 2024. I called to follow up on 23rd because I saw on their system is not updating since my claim is submitted. I am currently unemployed and need that money. Today I called them again their consultation advised an email for update was sent last week Monday when I followed up to the administrators. I have been sending follow up emails as well with no responds. I asked the consultation to also send them an email. I would like feedback on my claim as I am wondering if I will get it on time as next week is my 6 week as stated the payment is within 4-6 weeks
