Complaint
I am a former Core Group employee requesting for Provident fund withdrawal and HR (Shelley Cohen) have sent me an email, to confirm that they have logged the Provident Fund request on the Alexander Forbes portal on 15/09/2021. When I followed up with Alexander Forbes, the agent put me on hold for a while and came back to advise me that, they do not have my request on the system. I don't know who is lying at this point as I have been patiently waiting for this to be sorted.
