Complaint bad service pension fund

I have sent numerous emails following up on my claim but no one seems to bother responding. I have wasted a lot of money and time trying to get through to someone for assistance with my claim and I am made to hold for over 20 minutes. I am really not pleased about such a service. I find it very unprofessional.
