Complaint

Hi. I am Bulelwa Richmond, was working for mr price group for 4 years, I then resigned this year on the 2nd February. I then waited for my pension money for 3 months as they said I should wait but nothing happened ever since after 4 months I ask my former employer about this she said they company paid the money to Alexandra Forbes when I call Alex Forbes they said the money was rejected by the bank because they wanted the proof of payment and copy of ID, they gave their email address so I can email those documents, so on the 12 of September I emailed those documents for them they said I should wait 21 days I waited over 21 days but nothing happened on the 19 of October I called them again the guy I spoke to said I should email again the same documents when I ask him him how so because I already emailed them those documents he said that's the policy he can not do anything... Then after 3 hours a guy called Naithersel called me saying he's frm Alex fobes he said I should email my married certificate the money will be on my bank account after 48 hours but nothing happened till today.
