Complaint

I have a complaint against Alexander Forbes Provident fund admin team, I have submitted my documents 2nd week of May as my last day at work was the 28th of June at Standard Bank. and the confirmation from the Human capital clearly stated that I will receive my payment between 4 to 6 weeks, on the 31 of July I send an email to enquire and check to check how far are they I then received an auto response within 3 days I will get contacted of witch I did , the 2 August I decided to enquire after receiving an email with the forms from Anna Masilela . I gave them a call around 12pm in the afternoon to enquire then spoken to Tshimo or Tshiamo the consultant and explained that the was a Letter of Election document outstanding and no nobody bothered to contact me since May, I then re emailed the documents to *** and marked Anna Masilela. I then called the again Monday to confirm if they received the docs and spoke to Bongani who was so rude and does not have a good customer service at all after 45min on a call with him he then forwarded the documents to Anna Masilela, I requested a team leader email address then I forwarded the same email to *** for assistance and still to date no feedback from the company. The inconvenience that they have caused my children school fees are outstanding not to mention food for my children and the stress they caused , I am hoping that maybe someone will have the decency to give a call to explain.
