The service is disgusting, draining and very stressful. I resigned at work on the 22 January 2023. I got a sms on the 15/02/23 saying my money will be released within 4 weeks and since then every time I call I’m told a different story. At the beginning it would be that they are still waiting for the January deductions then i was told that when my company migrated to them they were not told what to do with our monies mind you they moved our money over six months ago, it then moved to being told they are still processing December’s funds. Mind you I’ve got an ex colleague who resigned in December and got her funds in March. I got so tired of being thrown around that I requested to speak to a manager to get a straight answer and I was told a supervisor Brian would call and to this day he has never called and I hope that one day he gets to experience the service he has provided me or maybe worse.I called again yesterday and I was told the processing will start by end of this week or next week. I’m so glad the company I’m with now does not use Alexander Forbes.
