It is impossible to get hold of them. I have tried the telephone number ***) through which I communicated with them in the past. The number no longer exist. The phone numbers in their website are incorrect and no longer exist. If you do get through to a number you get a voice message directing you to another number that no longer exist. If you do get hold of somebody you will get a number and an email address to lodge a complaint. If you phone that number you get a different email address. Then you receive an automated email reply giving you another email address and telephone number.
