Closed claim not paid

I’m disappointed with the complete lack of customer service at Alexander Forbes. No one responds to emails, calls go unanswered, and there’s absolutely no sense of accountability or urgency to assist clients. I have been trying to contact them with regards to a claim and I saw on my App the claim has been closed a month ago and I haven’t received any kind of payment yet… No one is willing to help😡😡
