Clients Taken For Granted

My claim has been with this company for 4 months now. In December they promised that the payment will be done by the 30th and nothing was done. Instead they sent an email to say it will be finalised by the 3rd January. This company doesn't care about the well being of its clients. What happened to state that " Claims will be settled in 4 to 6 weeks"? My claim has been with them for 12 weeks now and no one from the company is willing to assist me. How the hell do they think I'm surviving, now it's time for me to pay the school fees and stationery for kids, but I'm unable to do so. The service I'm getting from this company is really uncalled for. If there's someone in that company who takes the needs of their clients 1st, can you please assist. Why are you making your clients to beg for payouts when it's their money in the 1st place.

How many times did you say you are investigating? Here I am waiting for your response with no call or email from you. All I want to know is when I'm I going to get paid.
