I am at the vedge of getting really sick with these people....
I'm currently waiting for my payouts, which they have confirmed that they received my claim on the 15th December 2022 already, they said the turnaround time is 10 to 15 working days from the day they received my claim. Now whenever I Call them they're not giving me a reason as to why there is a delay on my payout. I'm tired of their poor service and incompetence!!

Alexander Forbes works with my previous employer and I don't know what processes needs to take place for claims, why are these two companies not working together for the interest of the people they serve?
After so long now I'm told I need to call my ex employer to tell you (Alexander Forbes) what to do...... This is sooooo appalling!!!!
