Claims Withdrawal Delay

Hello there,

I’ve resigned from my previously employer and still waiting for my retirement fund withdrawal to be paid out to me. Every time I call into the support centre the person answering the call has a different explanation to what the issue is.

Today I called in to +27(860)100-333 and the gentleman that helped me now was the mos efficient person I’ve dealt with so far, however even that call was escalated to another team leader to confirm details with the admin side, they’ve stated I will get feedback tomorrow morning on this issue.

Note that I’ve received not a single email or phone call back with any updates or feedback on this case for the last 3 weeks of me contacting AForbes.

I’m not sure why it’s so complicated and why there’s a lack of communication between my previous employer and AForbes but this is just ridiculous now.

Reading the other reviews on Hello Peter it makes me sad to see that this poor level of customer support is what is expected of AForbes.
