Claims taking long

My company submitted a claim at Alexander Forbes on the 20th of August , each time i call to ask for my claim am given vague answers , first they told me it takes up to 6 weeks to process a claim , even now am on the 7th week now no money on my account . when i called this morning i was told about the system change which i was never notified about as the client but no definite answer as to when my money would be deposited ...
