Claims query never getting resolved, horrid service, disgusted!!!
I submitted a claim a month ago. The process and service given by staff is pathetic. The ladies at switchboard that answer the phone and says hello the agents with attitude... Tarryn to name one. I don't recommend anyone uses Alexander Forbes their service is disgusting. I keep calling and emailing and its as if the people who worth there doesn't care either #useless #disappointed
I'm moving my fund to fairheads they communicated better and understood my instructions without having to waste my time or **** me off in the process.

15 Jan 2020, 16:19Received an email today again. Judith informed me that she was waiting for authorization on the 14th January and payment will be made by the 15th. Today I called three times and was told to call Judith Munyai on a 012 number. Haven't spoken to anyone because the switchboard keeps me on hold for 6 to 10 minutes before cutting me off. It's like they know I'm calling. Even asked for Matapelo the Manager but I get placed on hold and left there. What a journey I've experienced. I didn't request any month payments. I received it years and don't see why I should go through this nonsense. Please can this matter be investigated. I want my airtime refunded for all cut call since December and I'd like to send correspondence emails, screenshots of call lengths, call times, and email communication to and from. With no communication from Judith nor transferring my calls????? Wow I'm still in shock at the repeated **** service!!!!
Pls pay remainder on transport fees so that I never have to deal with alexander forbes again!!!!
