CLAIMS FOLLOW UP

Dear SIr/Madam

I am Thulani Mlotshwa ,ID ********** 640080,I have been trying to find out about the status of my claim and I have been getting different stories and I must say that the call centre agents have been giving contradicting explainations to make matters worse; I battled to get through to you and I have spent lot of money on airtime ,its 6 weeks now and I was told that my claim will be addressed 4 to 6 weeks.I need clear explainations , 2 weeks ago one of agents told me that my claim is 85 percent done ,why its taking so long and the other agent told me last week that the payment will be done 3 Days, because you people are using Standard Banks and I'm using Capitec ,3 Days have come and gone .what is going on with this claim.Yesterday I called again and I was told I will get an SMS saying payment is done ,even now no SMS ,I called today and I'm being told of they waiting for the banks to confirm if I don't have any Home loans . Awaiting for your urgent response.

This issue is now devastating, i did not pay my rent and debts this month hoping that by today i would have been paid off. Kids have no food in the house.

Why is it taking so long for my money to be released? I have asked the call centre agents to provide me with back office administrator but they refused. Now they comfusing me with their different stories. Each time i call their call centre i spend more than 100 as i hold forever and when i finally get through the call centre, the agent keep me on hold again for 10 min as he/she has to comfirm details with back office. Why should we go through call centre because thy are *********** and lacks information and they make promise that thy cant keep?

I urgently need this issue to be resolved today. I dont think i can be able to survive another day. I am very broke while i have money out there so frustrating.

Regards Thulani ,contact ********** .
