Claims department has dont care attitude
I resigned from my provident fund 10 November 2015 and my claim for payout was submitted on 30 November 2015.
I had to follow up on my payout as there were no response from AF since acknowledgement of claim process starting on 30 November. On 18 December 2015 they indicated that I had to submit additional supporting documents. This was during my follow up call and not from them communicating the request to me.
I phone almost every day to follow up on the progress of payout and the claims department only response is that they have sent an email (enquiring on status of payout) to backoffice and there is nothing more they can do.
This is unacceptable. The claims department are the link between the client (me) and back office and they are doing nothing more to get this sorted out. I will never again be a client to AF.
