claiming money

Alexander Forbes services sucks , i made a claim in April and till now i did not get my money. the call center agents they dont know what they are doing , they dont know the systems they are using and they will tell a lie to clients to backup their *********** and some are very rude(Anele the call center agent) ...this people they will always tell you to wait 3 to 5 working days and if they encounter a challenge they dont even bother to communicate to you ..you will find out about the problem they have when you do a followup. i learned the hard way that when you call them you need to write down each of every person you talk to so that next time when you call you have reference of who told you a lie . i am very disappointed with their service, is like getting a service from any government public sector like police stations , clinics and hospital, i wonder why people look for a job and once they get it they dont perform their duties
