Claim tracking
I know AF is overloaded with claims for the 2 pot system but my claim was submitted on 5 Sept. Everytime I look at the tracking of the claim it is on the first stage "assessment". It hasn't moved. Pls help. Just want to know if they've received my claim. Some people submitted they're claims after me and theirs are already on the 2 step "registered" my claim ref number is ***. Pls help
