Claim taking too long to be processed

I resigned from my work on 31 October 2015. Was informed by my employer that my withdrawal forms were sent to AF on 19 November. I Phoned AF on 22 December to follow up on my claim. Was told no details had been captured on their system regarding my claim. I was told to phone my company, anyway to cut the long story short, i was only told on 9 January 2016 that my claim was now being processed. Now its a tax thing. They said they app**** for my tax directive its now the 3rd time, and SARS has been declining. Today i was told that they captured the country wrongly thats why. Can somebody help me please!!! I am unemployed since end of October and battling to make ends meet. I have a family to look after. I was told this would take 4 to 6 weeks but it seems as if somewhere along the lines there are *********** people. Plzzz help
