Claim still pending 2 and half months later!

Horrific company ! Awful and zero regard for their customers, claim process took 2 and half months and it’s still pending. Consultants and administrators always giving conflicting information and reasons as to why the delay , from Bank verifications that takes more than for weeks, consultants not emotionally intelligent and equipped to do their work. Wouldn’t recommend.
