Claim Repudiated - pool not built correctly (we bought the house like that)

If I was able to give Alex Forbes a 0 rating I would do so. I submitted a claim for my pool, as it had cracked due to ground movement based on findings from 2 pool companies. The assessor came out and was basically "investigating us" as though if we got hulk to come out and jump in the pool to crack it. The reasons for repudiating our claim in simple terms to my understanding is that the fiber glass and concrete was not installed/prepared correctly when the pool was built (There is improper grunting, hand packing, inadequate lapping of reinforcement within the walls and base of the pool, all attributed to defective design and construction.) Now my question is who the hell in their right mind buys a house and tears the whole pool down to see if it was built correctly by the previous owner for the purposes of insuring the pool. Why did the insurer not come out to see if the pool was built according to their standards. So if the brick that my house was built with when insuring it does not meet their specifications and it burns down will they not pay. This is bull **** and I have never heard of anyone having to tear out their fiber glass in their pools when they buy a house to ensure it meets insurance standards. I am highly disappointed and do not accept such pathetic feedback. Stop looking for reasons to repudiate claims so that you can pay your assessors more money, rather give better customer service so that you can get more customers and retain the good customers you have.
