Claim Payout delay

My claim process started 3 weeks ago. Last week I was notified that I needed to send through additional paperwork, which I did. After submitting it, I called to verify if they received it, which they did. Now, another week later I'm advised that my claim still hasn't been processed! I'm appalled by their lack of service. Last Wednesday I was told 3 to 5 working days, today I'm told another 3 to 5 working days. I dealt with a team leader called Luciano yesterday, who promised to call me at 10am today. I called 3 times during the course of today to speak to him but he's constantly in meetings. I'm still waiting on his call! I WANT MY MONEY NOW!
