Claim outstanding over 90days
Left my previous employer in January and claim process started February. Been waiting for payment even today. Even HR followed up but no assistance. What must one do to get their funds paid? Besides calling and emailing multiple times.
Your service and processes are not client friendly and you do not stick to your turn around time.
Please sort out the Administration on pension funds.
