Claim not registered and no feedback

I am really disappointed with the service of this company. After calling twice for an update on my preservation fund claim I have been told that it's being processed but only to find out today that the claim has not even been registered.<br> <br> For almost 2 months I have been chasing the transfer process and now I have to chase the claim progress!!!! Worse is that one has to beg for an update and still never get proper feedback from them. These people don't care about service. How can we trust them for other products if they don't take clients seriously? I really need this money urgently!!!!<br>
